Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AndyGames ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Touchline Football Manager (the "Game"). We are based in Ireland.
Summary
Touchline Football Manager is a single-player game. You do not need an account to play. We do not ask for your name, email, or location. We do not show ads. The only data that ever leaves your device is anonymous usage analytics, and only if you agree to it. In-app purchases are handled by Apple and Google, not by us.
Information we collect
Anonymous usage analytics (only with your consent)
When you first open the Game, we ask whether you're willing to share anonymous usage data. If — and only if — you agree, the Game sends anonymous analytics events to TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics provider based in the European Union (Germany). You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Usage Analytics.
These events describe how the Game is used, for example: when a play session starts and ends and roughly how long it lasted; which in-game club and division you selected; match results (win/loss/draw), the competition and division; progression through in-game weeks and seasons and final league position; and when the in-app purchase screen is viewed or an item is bought.
This data contains no personal information. It includes only in-game choices (such as the fictional club name you manage) and a randomly generated, anonymised identifier used to count distinct installs. That identifier is cryptographically hashed on your device before it is sent, and hashed again by TelemetryDeck. It is not linked to your name, email, Apple/Google account, phone number, advertising ID, or device identifiers, and it cannot be used to identify you.
If you decline, no analytics data is sent, and any locally stored analytics events are cleared. TelemetryDeck processes this data on our behalf; see telemetrydeck.com/privacy.
In-app purchases
The Game offers optional in-app purchases. When you make a purchase, it is processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see or receive your payment-card details, billing address, or account information. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase succeeded, so the Game can deliver the item. Apple's and Google's handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Data stored only on your device
Your game saves, settings, and progress are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. We do not operate game servers and do not back up or sync your saves. If you delete the Game, this data is removed with it.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
- We do not collect your precise or approximate location.
- We do not collect device identifiers or advertising identifiers.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not show advertising.
- We do not sell or share any data with data brokers or advertisers.
In-app purchases offered
The Game offers optional, one-time consumable purchases that add in-game funds to your transfer budget. They confer no real-world value: Budget Boost and Major Investment. Prices are shown in your local currency at the point of purchase and are set by the App Store / Google Play.
Legal basis (EU/EEA/UK users)
Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis for processing anonymous analytics is your consent, which you give on first launch and can withdraw at any time in Settings. Processing necessary to complete an in-app purchase is based on performance of that transaction (handled by Apple/Google).
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because we collect no personal data and require no account, the Game does not build profiles of any user.
Data retention
Anonymous analytics are retained by TelemetryDeck according to their retention policy. Because the data is anonymous it cannot be tied back to you for deletion on request — but you can stop all collection at any time via Settings → Usage Analytics.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we do not collect personal data and cannot identify you, we typically hold no information to which these rights apply. You can still control analytics collection in Settings at any time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
